Throughout the villa, custom wallpapers, tailored cabinetry, and playful touches of color add personality, while upscale finishes and modern amenities ensure comfort and longevity. A once-under-estimated narrow balcony now serves as a breezy outdoor oasis—complete with a secondary dining area and cozy lounging area to unwind, perfectly extending the home’s charm from the inside out.
