Do you handle both design and construction?
Yes. We are a full-service design build firm, which means design and construction remain closely connected throughout the project.
Our design team is involved from early space planning and architectural coordination through cabinetry, materials, fixtures, finishes, and other design details, and that involvement continues during construction. Our construction team is part of the conversation early as well, helping ensure design decisions are informed by budget, feasibility, and how the home will actually be built.
What is the difference between a renovation and a custom home project?

How early should we contact PRD about a renovation or custom home?
Earlier than you may think. Large-scale renovations and custom homes require significant planning before construction begins, so we recommend reaching out as soon as you are seriously considering a project rather than waiting until you are to request construction proposals.
For renovations, this allows time for design, budgeting, selections, permitting, and any architectural or engineering work the project may require. Custom homes typically require an even longer runway.
