Over the years we’ve carefully curated a group of creative and dedicated professionals who work together on a daily basis to bring your custom home vision to life. Our designers and project managers can be seen as your advocates for the success of your project. The design team will collaborate with each other to help create unique solutions for your future home that make sense for your family, match your style, and work in your space; while the project management team will work closely with our construction crew and sub-contractors to make sure that the design is being implemented properly and efficiently, keeping our clients updated every step of the way.

Kyle is PRD’s Owner, CEO, CFO, and Jack of All Trades. From schedules to estimates to leads, Kyle knows how to make the magic happen and make clients happy in the process. He loves walking newbies through their first construction projects and making sure clients are in the loop every step of the way. There are a lot of moving pieces to any project, and Kyle is absolutely the person you want to be in charge of keeping things straight!
Katelyn Irizarry

As PRD’s Owner and Design Director, Katelyn is the creative force behind the custom designs that turn vision into reality. Detail-oriented and determined, Katelyn’s philosophy is to greet every new client with a spreadsheet, a smile, and a strategy for creating spaces that go beyond what they thought was possible. She’s passionate about helping clients understand the details and the why behind each decision, without overwhelming them in the process. Katelyn loves looking for inspiration in uncommon places—whether she’s daydreaming about light fixtures or planning her next trip, she’s always absorbing the world around her and translating it into smart designs.
Ben Fitzgerald
Founding Partner & General Contractor
Ben followed his dad’s footsteps into the contracting industry and immediately knew that it was how he wanted to spend his life. His first major project was a hardwood floor installation, which inspired his love of carpentry and craft. He loves creating custom projects for clients, such as built-ins, tables, and desks that are one of a kind. Ben is rarely seen without a little sawdust on his shirt and a pencil behind the ear, and is always looking for ways to bring the beauty of the Lowcountry into his custom creations.
Bradley Simmons
Partner & Director of Construction
Bradley followed in the footsteps of both of his grandfathers to eventually become our newest general contractor. He keeps our job sites organized, efficient, and fun—he’s just as likely to wear a cowboy hat as a hard hat, and we love him for it. He loves being able to completely redefine a space so it meets the client’s individual needs. If you’d like to see his work, just check out the Frothy Beard Brewing Tap Room in West Ashley, because it is a sight to see!
Chandler Collins-Barnes
Designer
Chandler’s specialty is in adding polished, functional touches to any element of design. He started his first designs in high school and has been obsessed with adding beauty to every project since. The Miles Redd quote, “When you can’t stomach doing anything else, this is the field for you,” is his guidepost—whether he’s finding unique pieces at an auction or dreaming up the next sketch, he’s grateful to be in a field he truly loves.
