Our team at PRD Custom Homes & Interiors recently had the opportunity to visit The New American Home 2023 in Henderson, NV. “Byron Bay ” is a 7500 sf desert-contemporary masterpiece designed and built by Michael Gardner, owner of Luxus Design Build. 

The purpose of The New American Home Project is to feature the finest upscale finishings in today’s custom home market as well as to showcase the full spectrum of home automation products and solutions.

• His and Hers water closets, as well as a private sauna, integrated into the primary ensuite bathroom 
• Retractable glass wall in the living area opening the dining space up to an outdoor kitchen
• Gas fireplaces and slim heaters built into the ceiling for comfortable outdoor living
• Custom leather wrapped balustrade on upstairs catwalk
• Morning/evening bar, with built-in espresso machine and beverage cooler, included with the primary suite sitting room
• Multi-tiered hardscape for outdoor living and entertaining
• Sherwin Williams air purifying paint
• Broan-Nutone indoor air-quality system
