This Kiawah Villa was in need of a complete remodel with dated cabinetry, flooring, bathrooms, design, and a closed-concept structure. We brought back life from the Coastal surroundings making a peaceful oasis for our excited homeowners. By opening up the kitchen and creating a custom cabinetry plan with lots of storage and style these homeowners and future rental guests will feel like they're vacationing in a luxury boutique hotel. Our clients were willing to go outside the box and explore patterned wallpaper which elevated the entryway, secondary bathroom, and primary suite. For the final touches, our design team curated a plan for Coastal modern furnishings, lighting, decor, and accessories to add another layer of character and Coastal charm to this beachfront villa.
