This one was a fun collaboration with our client who is an Interior Designer in another state. She and her husband had kept their Kiawah Island villa on the rental market for years, and enjoyed the unit on their vacation time. During the pandemic, her family spent a prolonged period of time in the unit. It was then that she decided it was time for an upgrade. Working with her initial design plans, and adding a touch of PRD here and there, we transformed her vacation home from drab and predictable to modern and fresh. These interiors includes details like semi-custom cabinetry, shiplap, quartzite countertops with Ogee edging, wood look plank tiles, and custom colored vanity cabinets. The polished nickel fixtures pop against the clean white palette, and unique moulding details give the space a refined touch that wills stand the test of time on Kiawah Island for years to come.
