When our clients at Smith Seaside purchased this luxury vacation home, they were gifted with all of the original furnishings and decor that came with the house, along with the yellow walls, old carpet, and outdated interiors. Their first step was to call us for their luxury renovation. As a remote client, they put their trust in us to manage everything from design conception to final finishings so that they could turn the house over to their renters. We gave this beach house the full custom home treatment. Special features in this one included custom millworks in the main living areas, speciality lighting, new bathroom layouts, refinished floors, and a new front porch and stairway.
