This perfectly idyllic Sullivan’s Island beach cottage was built in 1906 and hasn’t lost a single ounce of charm since its glory days. In fact, we like to think PRD helped boost that charm factor a bit with all of the custom features throughout this home renovation. Antique beams with spot lighting, fully custom-designed cabinetry, Ipe decking, custom hammered copper hood, specialty luxury appliances, custom built-ins, antique millwork, painted floors… the list goes on and on with this one. We worked with one of our favorite woodshops to built the perfect countertops for the kitchen and office in this home, and commissioned a unique juice-drip cutting board built to fit our clients’ sink corner. Every inch of this Sullivan’s Island custom home is so expertly curated that it’s hard not to wish every project was this special.
