In this Seabrook Island home, our full time resident clients needed a refresh! This project features one of our all-time favorite balustrade designs. The refinished flooring throughout this home was the perfect backdrop to the brand new custom wood and metal railing design, making a bold and tasteful statement as you enter the foyer. Opening up the wall between the kitchen and living space helped create a more inviting environment suitable for their relaxed lifestyle. We used custom cabinetry to personalize the kitchen to their needs for organization and functionality. In the dining room, we repurposed an existing art niche for a custom wine cabinet fit for a formal or laid back dinner party. Seabrook Island boasts a casual lifestyle in a luxury resort community and this home hits the mark!
